Due to planned network maintenance, ADSL1, ADSL2+, RBT and HSDPA services may experience browsing or congestion issues.

Due to unforeseen circumstances our new mail server failed and we had to make emergency hardware changes to rectify the problem. We have put measure in place to let us know earlier of such a problem.

Mail Server Outage / Upgrade Saturday 24^th 11pm – 4am

Comstech Systems is upgrading the mail server which handles mail for people that use @comstech.com and @comstech.com.au email addresses

What this means is that from 11pm Saturday night until 4am Sunday morning you will not be able to send or receive emails.

The webmail client is also being updated to the latest version of Atmail which has a slightly different look but functions the same. If you have your address book stored in webmail this has been transferred and will be current as of 17^th of July. If you have added any new addresses to your webmail address book since the 17^th these will not be carried over.

If you have any difficulties with your emails on Sunday please ring 1300 550 664 and leave a detailed message with the problem you are having and your email address and contact number one of our afterhours staff members will investigate the problem and call you back as soon as possible
